Deliveries

1. Dispatch times

Orders are packed and dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders will normally be shipped within 48 hours from receipt of order.

2. Deliveries within United Kingdom

Orders below £30.00 will be subject to postage and packing of £2.50 per order. Orders of £30.00 and above will receive FREE shipping.

All orders will be sent by second class Royal Mail which offers delivery within 2-3 days. During periods of increased Royal Mail activity (for example during the Christmas period) some delays in delivery service may be experienced.

3. Deliveries within EU

Customers within the EU (excluding the UK) please contact customer services on hello@innerme.co.uk for a quotation.

4. Deliveries to rest of world

Orders to the Republic of Ireland will be subject to postage and packaging of £4.00 per order.

Orders to Europe will be subject to postage and packaging of £6.00 per order.
Order to north America will be subject to postage and packaging of £9.00 per order.
All orders will be sent by standard delivery, which offers delivery within 5-7 days and will not be tracked.

5. Delivery of goods

5.1 We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate

5.2 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is received and this will usually be within 48 hours, but in any event within 30 days of your order.

5.3 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.

6. Lost goods

For orders within the UK: If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your email order receipt please notify us, quoting the order number on your receipt. For orders overseas we ask you to wait 14 days from receipt of order confirmation to allow for international mail transfer delays. Your notification must be in writing to hello@innerme.co.uk . We will replace any order that has not been received within this timeframe free of charge.

7. Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall endeavour to make good the delivery as soon as possible. However we have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the received delivery of the goods in question.
