About Nikki

Inner Me was founded by Nikki Cooper, a self confessed fitness fanatic, dancing queen and a lawyer-cum-corporate-financier. Diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2009 at the age of 28, Nikki was not prepared to quietly accept the prognosis facing many of those who suffer MS. Nikki threw herself into researching diet, exercise and traditional and alternative medicines as a means of keeping the condition at bay.

Nikki began to take supplements that helped to boost her nervous system, mitochondria and general wellbeing. She discovered that by taking fish oils complemented by other vitamins and minerals not only did she feel better with lower fatigue levels but also that she looked better – dewy skin and thick glossy hair being amongst the most obvious benefits.

Having eventually realised the right combination of supplements she found herself faced with a myriad of brands all with varying price ranges with little indication as to their quality. The packaging didn’t appeal either; unattractive, gloomy, cumbersome plastic containers cluttering up the bathroom and kitchen. It was here that the idea for Inner Me sparked.

Nikki spent the next two years collaborating with nutritionists and pharmacists to research the optimal supplements that could offer women a complete wellbeing package – health, beauty and vitality parceled in an innovative way that not only looked stylish but were portable too.

Summer 2011 saw Nikki taking maternity leave from her job as a corporate financier to have her baby boy enabling her to take the opportunity to make her dream of Inner Me into a reality. She is now focused on inspiring women as to the genuine benefits of taking vitamins with the aid of her ‘girls’ who adorn the packaging of each product.

Nikki continues to be the fitness fanatic and dancing queen she was and holds every certainty that by leading a healthy lifestyle supplemented with vitamins and minerals together with her conventional medicines she will remain this way.
